Product Description

Manufacturing technique-Pultrusion

Pultrusion is a continuous process, in which the reinforcing fibres are impregnated with a duroplastic resin.
After the impregnation with resin the fibres are led into the heated tool according to the shape of the profile. In the tool the profile is cured and then pulled out and cut to the required lengths.

 

FRP Equal Angle products are top-quality structural building components useful in construction and general use.
Aluminum, wood and steel beams are being replaced around the world with stronger fiberglass structural members  such as fiberglass angle. Builders are making the switch to fiberglass for construction projects for many reasons.  Primary among them is the durability of fiberglass structures in extreme environments such as waste water treatment, chemical processing plants,food processing facilities,or any environment where rust and wear take their toll on steel.
