Nantong Josson offers a wide range of Anti slip Pultruded Fiberglass Grating, including a variety of thicknesses, open areas, cross bar spacing, surfaces, and resins. Pultruded Fiberglass Grating is often used where spans are longer than molded grating can allow, and chemical resistance requirements aren't as high.
Standard Pultruded Fiberglass Grating is made of a matrix of polyester resin. The reinforcement is achieved by a combination of fibreglass mats and rovings with a glass content of approx. 65%. Standard colours are grey or yellow, but all other colours are possible.
The most important feature of Pultruded Fiberglass Grating consists of the fact that the glass to resin ratio is higher in the bearing bar direction, therefore the span capacity of Pultruded Fiberglass Grating is higher compared to that of the molded grating. This reflects in a reduction of support structures and lower costs.
