Micro Mesh FRP grating has maximum UV resistance, has a comfortable surface for bare feet and is durable, with a high strength to weight ratio. Depth options include 22mm,25mm,30mm and 38mm. Micro Mesh FRP grating is the right choice to minimize vibration from rolling cart or wheelchair traffic. The panels with a 8mm open area between bearing bars are ADA compliant and meet the "15 mm ball test."
Micro Mesh FRP grating access flooring system is designed as a low cost alternative where subfloor access and unobstructed air flow is required. Lightweight Micro Mesh FRP grating is easily removed, providing ready access to electrical conduits, air supply plenums, and service lines.

We've been succeeded in inventing the automatic machines for producing FRP Grating in China since 2021. We're able to produce most commonly used 38*38mm square mesh,25mm height,30mm height and 38mm height gratings by our fully automatic machines.
The modern machines used in fiberglass grating manufacturing have really taken the industry to the next level.They've made it possible to process large quantities of GRP Grating quickly and efficiently with stable quality.
Molded grating process
FRP Grating is manufactured by laying continuous glass fibres in the mould in the direction of vertical and horizontal, and througly wetted out with resin, layer by layer. When the weaving process is completed, the mould is heated to cure the panel. After curing, the panel is ejected from the mould. The standard panel would have meniscus (concave) top surface. Any process such as post applied grit could be bonded after as a secondary operation. This continuous process produces an integral, one piece panel, which offers excellent corrosion resistance as well as bi-directional strength.
