With an opening size of 12*12mm.Our FRP Minimesh Grating is the best decking option for structures where small objects falling through and high heels are variables.

FRP Minimesh Grating is used in variety of applications including docks, piers, boat lifts and decks in 19*19/38*38mm or 20*20/40*40mm square mesh.It is also used in and around pools, marinas, waterparks and other public recreational areas. FRP Minimesh Grating has maximum UV resistance, has a comfortable surface for bare feet and is durable, with a high strength to weight ratio. Depth options include 14mm,22mm,25mm,30mm,38mm and 40mm.GRP Mini Mesh Grating is the right choice to minimize vibration from rolling cart or wheelchair traffic. The panels with a 12mm open area between bearing bars are ADA compliant and meet the "15 mm ball test."
FRP Minimesh Grating access flooring system is designed as a low cost alternative where subfloor access and unobstructed air flow is required. Lightweight FRP Minimesh Grating is easily removed, providing ready access to electrical conduits, air supply plenums, and service lines.

 

Good news

We've been succeeded in inventing the automatic machines for producing FRP Grating in China since 2021. We're able to produce most commonly used 38*38mm square mesh,25mm height,30mm height and 38mm height gratings by our fully automatic machines.

The modern machines used in fiberglass grating manufacturing have really taken the industry to the next level.They've made it possible to process large quantities of FRP Grating quickly and efficiently with stable quality.

 

Molded grating process

FRP Grating is manufactured by laying continuous glass fibres in the mould in the direction of vertical and horizontal, and througly wetted out with resin, layer by layer. When the weaving process is completed, the mould is heated to cure the panel. After curing, the panel is ejected from the mould. The standard panel would have meniscus (concave) top surface. Any process such as post applied grit could be bonded after as a secondary operation. This continuous process produces an integral, one piece panel, which offers excellent corrosion resistance as well as bi-directional strength.
